Paparazzi snapped several pictures of Britney Spears and what appears to be an angry Jason Trawick together in her car yesterday, after allegations of abuse.RadarOnline posted a taped conversation allegedly between Spears and her former husband of 55 hours, Jason Alexander in which a voice reported to be Spears says, "That f***er is not my fiance."

Making the most of what was a warm day in Southern California, Britney Spears was spotted out at Menchies in Calabasas on Sunday (November 14).After treating Sean Preston to an icy snack the previous day, the "Gimme More" singer took her turn with youngest son Jayden James to close out the weekend at the popular frozen yogurt shop.
The mother/son time comes after Miss Spears spent Friday recording new music at Conway Studios with new album producers Dr. Luke and Max Martin.
Meanwhile, Britney recently credited her young sons with helping her keep a slim figure, as she told press, "How do I keep slim? Having two boys definitely helps, and I love to dance. It's the best way to stay in shape."
Also chatting about her penchant for pampering, the 28-year-old dished, "I love treating myself to a spa day. Massages are my favorite."

Britney Spears says her tribute episode of ‘Glee’ brought back many happy memories. The ‘Womanizer’ singer admits watching the special storyline, which aired in the US last night (28.09.10), took her on a trip down memory lane.Referring to her debut single ‘…Baby One More Time’, performed by Lea Michele, Britney – who guests stars in the episode – wrote on her twitter page: “Watching Baby brings back so many memories! Britney Spears is parting with Jason Trawick as her agent, but keeping him as a beau.The two "have decided to end their professional relationship and focus on their personal relationship," a Spears rep tells PEOPLE. "Since wrapping her recent world tour, Spears has been busy in the studio working on her next album."
The singer and Trawick began dating last summer and have dodged engagement rumors for months. "They are very happy," a source said of the couple. "Things are really good with them."
